All participants are encouraged to seek career opportunities that will lead to the fulfillment of long term goals and potential rather than accepting dead-end, entry-level positions.   We assist our clients with gaining access to employment opportunities through effective job search techniques including networking, use of on-and off-line resources, and community partnerships.  In addition, support services are provided to the newly employed to ensure retention and advancement.
