Identity Resources

Alternate text

Identity is honored to be working with the Latino Health Initiative, the Department of Health and Human Services, and partners to help Montgomery County residents find resources for emergency assistance such as Census completion support, food, FREE COVID Testing, SNAP (food stamps), Free and Reduced Priced Meal (FARMs) applications, Housing/Rental Assistance, Care for Kids/Montgomery Cares Applications, Unemployment, Mental Health Referrals, and much more between now and late December 2020. Organizations can make referrals, but people can self-refer as well. Identity has bilingual (English/Spanish) case managers ready to help by electronic referral or by phone.

Go to www.identity-youth.org and make a referral in English or Spanish. The referral form is on the homepage. Or call Maribel at 301-800-5519 or Rita at 240-306-7626.
